Before purchasing these extensions, I had watched some youtube videos on tips about how to put in these clip-in extensions. If you want to know how, just do a quick search on YouTube.

You can get hair extensions whether you have short hair or long hair (having layers will ensure it to look somewhat natural). It's not only to add length but it can add some volume as well. Before purchasing hair extensions just remember to buy human hair extensions if you want to use it for both straight and curly hair. You can't curl or straighten synthetic hair extensions but they're more affordable so it's really up to you.
The hair extensions do add some weight but if you're not wearing a full head of clips then you should be fine. I wore them a few days during vacation straight. We were in Asia and none of our adapters worked for my sister's curling iron. I personally don't like wearing it straight because I feel like it's easy to spot where my real hair ends. I tried curling it today and it blended so much better!

- Go into the store and ask the associate to help you match your hair colour. Make sure you have the right colour before purchasing as hair extensions are non-refundable.
- Comb through your real hair and the extensions before putting them in to avoid tangles
- Wash your extensions after a few uses. You can use any shampoo/conditioner and let it air dry.
- I would recommend you putting in a heat protectant on the extensions before curling it/straightening it. It will really help your hair extensions stay undamaged.
Overall thoughts: If you want good quality hair extensions that will last long, I would definitely spend $100+ on them. It's worth it in the end. I really like these extensions. The quality is absolutely amazing but they like to stay straight so if you're curling them, definitely hairspray it so it stays curled for the whole night (if you're going out).
